Return Policy


Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days for a full refund. This means returning unopened or unused items. Unless the return is due to an error made by Crawfish Town USA®, we cannot refund Shipping Charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. Crawfish Town USA® will not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken. A 15 % Restocking Fee will accessed on all returned orders pending condition of the item returned. To return a Crawfish Town USA® Gift Shop item, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department via email, by telephone or Use our online form to request an RMA. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Include your packing slip with the return authorization number and simply pack your items in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you are asking for a refund and are returning unopened or unused product. A 15 % Restocking Fee will accessed on all returned orders pending condition of the item returned unless it is the fault of Crawfish Town USA® for the wrong item shipped to you. Allow 15 days from the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card or exchange of goods. We will notify you via email as soon as the refund or exchange is completed.

Damaged or Unusable Items:

Crawfish Town USA® takes every extra precaution in packaging your purchase to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning followed by the use of anti-static, polystyrene peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us via email, by telephone or Use our online form to request an RMA within 5 business days of receiving your package. In the event you receive damaged food items, we will ship you an identical replacement at no charge pending a claim with the the common carrier. If you should have a package that contents are damaged you must call the original carrier (UPS) to report that your package has been damaged. A claim must be made in order for Crawfish Town USA® to send a replacement. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection. See return procedures below for further instructions.

Need to Return a product

To return a Crawfish Town USA® Gift Shop item, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department via email or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, we accept returns on merchandise that get damaged during shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect the entire contents of your package before signing the bill of lading. If any items in your shipment are damaged refuse delivery on the entire package, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
  • A FULL CASH REFUND
     
    • For items returns not due to damage or error, ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
